Warranty

Vtite uPVC windows and doors are manufactured from A-grade materials and are supplied with 10-year warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not include defects and damages due to:

• installation and fitting that does not conform to applicable building codes and installation instructions,
• failure to regularly maintain a warranted product according to maintenance instructions,
• dismantling or altering of warranted product,
• faulty building design or construction,
• ordinary wear and tear,
• the application of paint, primer, or stains to the warranted product,
• reaction of warranted product with harmful vapors or chemicals,
• property settlement, structural shrinkage or distortion,
• factors outside our reasonable control such as any movement of the building or exposure to conditions that normally have an adverse impact on our products such as, seismic activity, unsuitable chemicals explosion, radiation, collision or other accident, acts of God, vandalism, adverse weather conditions such as (severe hail or storm).
