More security and Weathertightness

Proven multi-point locking system is fitted to all Vtite uPVC doors. This makes our doors secure and weathertight. Optionally, self-locking hook bolts can be added for extra security. All locking elements are secured against being forced back. All bolts are connected to the main lock and the handle to ensure convenient, effortless and reliable locking of your door.





More Convenience

When the door is pulled shut, the latch bolts are immediately triggered automatically and activate the hook bolts mechanically. Then then hook bolts engage with the frame parts. When the lever handle is operated to open the door, all locking elements are retracted once again.

SYSTEM OF PROFILES

Vtite uPVC doors are made from profiles specifically selected for New Zealand with 3mm thick external walls for extra stability and weather and UV resistance. Our standard hinged and french doors are made from 70mm, 5-air chambers profiles. For passiv homes we offer 82mm deep and 7-chambered system, which additionally have option for overlay panels to provide flush and unique look of your entrance door.

Technical information

Vtite uPVC hinged and french doors are manufactured to fit timber, steel or concrete walls. For timber and steel walls we developed a recessed frame option, where frame and window flange become one solid element during manufacturing process. This simplifies installation as there is no extra aluminium flashings required to recess uPVC frame.
